Continental Realty of West Michigan became a reality for Maria Saucedo in January of 2025. For 24 years as of year 2025, Maria has been assisting West Michigan with their real estate goals. Our mission is always to help buyers and sellers be fully informed about their transactions and make sure they understand all the steps needed to complete their goals. Continental Realty Agents are professional real estate experts, and will make your goals, our mission. Finally, convictions, commitments, honest service, and standards of excellence are considerations that drive us. Maria's story

  • 2000 - A family tragedy leads Maria into a new career
    In the year 2000, Maria had to take a leave of absence from her day job to assist her mother who was diagnosed with cancer. During that time, Maria was expecting her first and only child and decided she could not return to work and wanted to raise the child as a full time mom. By that time, Maria's brother-in-law had entered the world of Real Estate. It was then when Maria researched her next career. Maria decided to put her love for architecture in action in the manner she could at the time. Maria became a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX
  • 2004- Expansion and innovation
    Maria's clientelle grew and so did her goals. Maria decided to make a switch to Independence Realty to be able to have more control of the services offered to her clients. This would help her grow her client list of satisfied clients.
  • 2014 - Advancement
    Maria decided to grow her own branch and became an Associate Broker with Independence Realty. It is then she knew her dreams could be a reality sometime in the future. Maria was very grateful to her then broker and thought it was not the time to venture out on her own; but hoped some day soon it would be.
  • 2024 - Recognition and expansion
    Why Not? This was the question Maria kept asking herself. Why not venture out? One day, in December 2024, it was decided. Lets do it!!! In January 2025, it all began. Continental Realty of West Michigan. Maria has a few more dreams she still needs to accomplish. More to come in the future.
